Hey fam and amigos

Hey yall!

Wow what a great week! yesterday we watched the work of salvation from the marriot center and it was amazing!! i am so excited to see what goes on with missionary work! everything is just changing and moving forward i love it there is nothing better than being a missionary right now!!

Our area is doing much better! in fact we had our first investigator at church this past sunday and it was super fun to have him come! the members were really good at fellowshipping him and welcoming him into the ward, and he said that he really enjoyed church! We are hoping to continue teaching him and his wife ( they are non practicing catholics ) but they are open to learning more, the wife is not as much but we are going to continue teaching, bring some members and just see what we can do. He has the attitude of just coming to church to " check it out" and no join. So we willl see if that can change!
 A cool spiritual experience we had this week actually had to do with family history. We have a member in our ward who is amazing at family history and she can find people like crazy. Well we have in investigator named norman who is african american and he wanted to learn more about his family history. well we took our family history form and had him fill it out and our member found so much missiing informaiton and when we brought it back to him he got teary eyed and said he felt so warm, we told him that was the spirit and they want him to learn more! haha and he really felt the spirit of Ellijah, it was amazing and the lesson went great!
We also were invited to one of the members in our ward his homecoming and he came back from tonga , and he is tongan, but we were the guests of honor at his homecoming party and we were like served first and everything it was so cool! haha
its kinda a sad week because my mission president is leaving!! i love my mission president and im a little nervous for the next one but i hope he is just as great!
we also are getting sister missionaries in our ward! so it will just be me and my companion and two sisters! hopefully that helps! and we will be getting more member referrals!
