Hey y'all,
Well here I am in Burleson Texas! Very exciting, it was so fun to go to church yesterday in a real big chapel! With members filling it up all the way to the back overflow! It was great. I love it and excited o be here.
Burleson is basically a suburb of Fort Worth in fact a little bit of Fort Worth is in my area. And its nice because I only cover 2 cities instead of 12! And it is a pretty nice area for the size lots of bigger houses which is nice :) A lot different than Mexia, and it was quite a shock to me. With a membership of 600 instead of 100 really makes a difference after being in such a small branch for months. I have a feeling I could be here for six months which would leave me here till i have only 3 months left in the mission! woah! We will see though!
My new companion is from California and his name is Elder Hyde and he has been out 3 months so I am still with a fresh missionary! And so far things are going well, we have a couple of awesome investigators that we are teaching and there is a couple of recent converts that we are visiting that are just wonderful and have such a strong testimony in the gospel. Who also really want to share the gospel with others so its a very missionary minded ward and its great I already know that there are going to be good things going on in this area!
Although I forgot to give y'all my apartment number in the last email. My apartment number is #912 so please remember that when you send me a letter!
Thank you for all the love and support love and miss yall!
Love
Elder Boettcher
