July!

hey yall,

Well we went to the temple this morning (hence the reason why I am writing you today. It was wonderful I have not been to the temple since September of last year! that is way to long ago, so it was great to go today. I truly felt Gods love and I knew the work i am doing is important and that as i continue to do my best i will be able to help more people come unto Christ. I really enjoyed interviews last week thank you for your help and answering my questions. I learned a lot and am going to re commit myself to do better and become a better missionary.

Things are going well here, our progressing investigator came to church so she still has a date for the 19 of july to get baptized! I really hope im here for that! She is great, we taught her about the word of wisdom and it was really funny because she told us she knew she was going to have to give up her tea drinking to get baptized. And she told us of her plan on what she was going to do to stop drinking tea. Which was to replace her tea pitcher in the fridge with a lemonade pitcher. She told us she was giving up 40 years of drinking tea for this, but she also told us she knew that it was important to follow God! It was great to see that testimony of hers start and grow.

The ward is still doing a great job at taking care of us and wanting to find people for us to teach! its great. i love burleson.

Other then that i am trying to not get so sweaty from being outside! which is impossible. haha luckily we have not reached the 100 degrees yet. it had just been in the high 90s which is just as bad haha.
