Crazy Week!

Hey Yall,

What a crazy week in my mission.

This past week started off amazing! we were teaching a lot of lessons, finding new investigators and we even found a family that we invited to church and were teaching! My companion and i were getting along, we played volleyball with all the other missionaries on monday and it was just a blast!

Then thursday night i was sitting on the couch writing in my journal when i got a call from President Sagers, my companion was freaking out because its either a bad thing or a good thing that he calls you. I answered and he said " elder boettcher i need your help with something" i told him i was willing to help him with whatever, he told me that i was going to be transferred to Euless tomorrow at 1 and finish out this transfer ( 3 weeks left of this transfer ) in a trio companionship, and then i was going to train next transfer! i honestly could not believe what i heard! i was freaking out! i went and packed till 11:30 and went to  bed i tried to say goodbye to some people in the ward but did not really get the chance to! or the investigators that we have!
So friday at 1 the assistant to the presidents came down and picked me up dropped off the new guy in arlington and took me to Euless. So now i am in the Euless 1st ward.

Ive only been here for 3 days and its completely different then arlington. in face i miss arlington a lot! i had a great ward and great people there that i got really fond of! and the missionaries down there! and it was getting to the point where i knew what i was doing and we were doing some great missionary work! then i literally just got dropped off and now i have to get to know  the area in 3 weeks so i can train some 18 year old! oh gosh.

Euless is full of tongans, there are many polys in my ward and our church is 25 minutes away! kinda annoying. And being in a trio........... i dont know how i feel about it yet, i was in a trio for a week in the MTC and i did not like it cause its so hard to teach and be on the same page with 3 people, hopefully it gets better who knows! ha

other then that i am just getting used to Euless, home of the Texas star ( which i do not understand ) but here is my new address! for 3 weeks then i might move to another apartment to train!

on saturday it was the stake youth conference, and it was a mock mtc and they had the missionaries (us) evaluate their teaching and help teach with them! it was so fun the youth know so much and i loved seeing all the missionaries for the future!!
