EULESS!

Hey yall!

Still getting used to the city of Euless.
Its funny because in Arlington, you walk around and everywhere you go you will see an african american. thats the normal around there. and here in Euless you will see A TON of poly people. which i love because it reminds me of some friends and a little of utah so i like it!

This past week was fun, we have been spending a lot of time finding and trying to teach people but we had bad luck because we could not find many people or even teach very many people. its a little discouraging because all i want to do is teach the people and find the people so i can share cool stories with yall about how i found someone who needs help and we show up and baptize them! i know in time that might happen but i should just keep working hard. Its hard to work hard when you are biking in church clothes in 90 degrees. i tell you its not fun. im glad i only have two summers here, if i dont die from a heat stroke first!

This past weekend was Arbor Daze ( i think thats how you spell it ) its a festival here in Euless to celebrate earth day. And there is bunch of tents crafts and food and dancing done by poly people. So we decided to go on saturday in hopes that we would find some new investigators annd maybe talk to some people about the church. we were a little wrong about that, it turns out  that the majority of people who showed up were tongan or samoan or hawiian. And they were all members basically! So we talked to a bunch of members and they offered us so much food! I was standing in line to get some tongan food and i told they guy what i wanted and he just gave it to me for free and later some other tongans just offered us turkey legs and tacos so i was pretty full. Everyone says you gain weight in euless and i hope thats not true!
we did have some less active members who were dancing in the show and other people so it was a good day. I just love how nice everyone is to missionaries!

Not to much is super new since last week.
Oh this saturday, Elder Cook is coming to our mission to talk to us with two other elders of the seventy so that should be super exciting! i am excited for this saturday!
also Selena Gomez's aunt lives in my stake, pretty cool huh? some missionary claimed that he has met her and justin bieber when she visited her aunt but.... i dont believe that... :)
im doing good though, just trying to get the hang of euless!!!
